MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY
The perinatal journey, encompassing pregnancy and the postpartum period, is filled with diverse experiences, unique to each mother or birthing person. I provide a supportive space to explore and process this transitional journey, offering guidance and education on perinatal mood challenges, managing the stresses of pregnancy and parenthood, and cultivating self-compassion and resilience.
COLLEGE SUPPORT
Navigating young adulthood can be challenging. This phase is filled with changes and transitions that may feel confusing, isolating, and stressful. In therapy, you'll have a safe space to address issues related to mood, identity development, relationships with friends and family, and managing academic or executive functioning challenges. You'll discover coping skills to enhance your emotional regulation and relationships, leading to greater life satisfaction. Sometimes, involving family support is essential and beneficial during this journey. At times, family collaboration is vital to effective treatment. This may include increased communication, family consultations, or family sessions tailored to the unique needs of each family and individual.
